These types of one off cleans are great for if you need certain specific areas cleaned (e.g. kitchen, bathrooms, floors) or if you just are looking for a quick spruce up of certain areas.
We provide all equipment and supplies so all you need to do is book yourself in and let us take care of the rest.

The areas that we cover in our standard Flat Rate service and our Spring Cleans are quite similar, however as everyone will understand, a bathroom that is quite dirty will take a lot less work than a bathroom that is very dirty! So please do book the Spring Clean if your house has not been fully cleaned for more than 4-6 weeks.
Please note that if a standard Flat Rate clean is booked when a house has not been cleaned for 4-6+ weeks, we may need to call you on the day of the service and upgrade the service to a Spring Clean. To avoid any unnecessary complications and to ensure we send the most appropriate cleaning team to your service, if in doubt, we recommend the Spring Clean extra.

What is included in One Off Cleaning?
We offer two types of One Off Cleaning Service – our Hourly Rate service and our Flat Rate Service. Our one off flat rate cleaning service is extensive and includes all the general cleaning needed to make sure your house is sparkling clean. From dusting and wiping window sills, to mopping and vacuuming, cleaning bathroom tiles to the rangehood, we take care of all the general cleaning. Our Hourly Rate Service is more flexible, allowing you to book as much or as little time as you would like for the service. We can be entirely flexible with the Hourly Rate Service and will do as much as we can in the time you choose to book.
How much does One Off Cleaning cost?
We offer either hourly rates from $65/hr or a flat rate pricing structure depending on how many bedrooms and studies are in your house. Flat rate prices start from $159 for a one-bedroom house. There are additional services available such as cleaning the inside of your oven, which we can be added on top of Flat Rates and Hourly Rates, or requested to be included within the time booked on an Hourly Rate.
Can I request additional cleaning tasks to be completed during a one-off cleaning?
Absolutely! While our flat rates and spring cleaning covers the majority of general cleaning within your home, there may be a certain area that you need us to tackle. You can add additional cleaning extras such as inside drawers, balcony cleans, steam cleaning and more. Check out our additional cleaning services page for more info! With our Hourly Rate Services, we can be entirely flexible in the time that you book, so you can either ask for Extras to be included within the time, or you can add them on as extra. For example, you could book a 2 hour service and request the inside Oven be cleaned within these 2 hours, or you could book a 2 hour service and add the Oven extra on top of the 2 hours.
